For the 2005 season Adam took on several new roles including Team Manager, Stadium Announcer & most notably Statistician, a role that he still holds. Etheridges penchant for stats has seen him receive invites to work for BUAFL & BAFL as well as being a key member of the NFL Statistics crew for all three of the International Series games at Wembley. In 2007 Adam took on an increasing workload eventually incorporating the role of Club Secretary and was rewarded later that year as he was named BAFL Volunteer of the Year. 2008 saw Etheridge take the reigns as acting GM after Evans stepped away from the club, excelling in his new role Etheridge oversaw as the Jets won Britbowl XXII and he collected the coveted Presidents Trophy. Aside from the Jets, Etheridge is known locally for his work with the Coventry City Ladies Football Club where he holds the position of Press Secretary. His articles have been published in magazines such as Live 24/7 as well as a regular column in the CCFC match programme. His match reports are also printed weekly in the Coventry Telegraph.

However 2010 now holds a new start to Lawrences Football Legacy, returning to his beloved Jets Lawrence will once again compete for playing time at Running Back with the Seniors, but has also took the mantle of Youth team Offensive Co-ordinator and Running Backs positional coach hoping to take the next step on the Football hook n ladder.
